  • 1990-1993  Sailing Circumnavigation of the world aboard the sloop FINBACK,.  Nantucket-Bahamas-Panama-Marquesas-Tahiti-Tonga-Fiji-New Zealand-Australia-Indonesia-Mauritius-South Africa-Caribbean-Nantucket, Massachusetts.  Awarded New York Yacht Club Cruising Award, 1994.  Presented with the Waring Partridge Circumnavigation Award 2010.

  • 1996-PRESENT  Office of Eric M. Urbahn, A.I.A.,.  Based in the Dominican Republic.  Co-Founder and partner Orchid Bay Estates, Cabrera, Dominican Republic.  Responsible for Master Plan, Infrastructure Plan of the Orchid Bay Residential Development and design of 6 large residences inside the project including Villa Lazy Heart, Villa Castellamonte and others including one residence of over 44,000 square feet.  Other projects in the Dominican Republic include private residences in the Cabarete-Sosua area and continued pro-bono facilities design for the International School of Sosua.
