Link to us and linking requirements
If you want to get a link from Select Caribbean Properties, please add the html code below on your page and fill in the following form to confirm the location and to provide us with your linking information. Since we dedicate much time in link exchange, send us your html code, this will increase your chances of being listed quickly on our site.
Your site must be related to the Dominican Republic, the Caribbean Islands, Real Estate and/or provide general travel information. Our link must be located on a page with less than 50 links. We regurlarly run reports and we find out our link is placed on a site with more than 100 links, we will remove the link to you without notice.
We give a chance to new websites, but we are tough with websites whose promotion is managed by low-key SEO companies.
Give us a quality link, and you'll get one too!
DO NOT request a link exchange if:
1- You have not already added our link in your web site.
2- The links page where you have added our link is not detectable through visible text links from your web site home page.
3- Your links page url contains one or several session id's (dynamic).
4- Your site uses frames.
5- Your site has nothing to do with real estate, the Caribbean or the Dominican Republic.
6- You have placed more than 50 links on a links page with a PR0.
7 - The links page that you have placed our link doesn't have at least a Page Rank of 3 in Google.
8 - Your website is directly competing with us in search engines
9- Your links page is optimized for your keywords and not OURS
10- You don't provide us with your HTML linking code. We can't take the time to code your link in html for you.
11- If you don't provide us with YOUR HTML CODE, we don't want to waste time coding the link for you.
12- You'll be place on top of our links page if you link back on a page whose url is targetted for OUR keywords.
