This 412 acres big mountain farm with ocean view and with a 1,5 km river inside, is located on the north coast of the Dominican Republic with one of Dominicans most beautiful surroundings. | Description : This farm is semi-rustic, 412 acres big (1,645,000 m2) and has several streams, grassland, many fruit trees, woods, hills, flatland, ocean views and mountain views. A small river of 1,5 km long inside the property, with crystal clear water, guarantees water supply in the farm during all the year. In some deeper part of the river you can swim. The farm offers total privacy and tranquility in one of Dominicans most beautiful surroundings, with a nature so pure and green, that gives you the feeling being in paradise.
On the highest point at 350 meters above sea level you can enjoy a constant fresh sea breeze with impressive ocean and mountain views, an excellent place to build your country style residence.
The farm is located 9 km from the beach and the Bahia Principe Beach and Casino resort. At 14 km you find Rio San Juan, a small fishermen village, with a small harbor, some banks and restaurants.
Nagua is located 50 km further. There you can find everything you need: international banks, big supermarkets, university, hospital, etc.. A new 120 km highway should be finished in 2008 connecting this city with Santo Domingo and thus reducing significantly traveling time to the capital.
The nearest airport is the Puerto Plata International airport at 70 km. An other international airport, recently build, is the Airport "El Catey" just a few kilometers after Nagua.
